Homemade Body Scrub

There are so many homemade remedies to help any part of your skin. Reading Bella's ASK book today I'm sharing with you her Kitchen Cupboard Remedies for exfoliating your skin!

Q: Can I soothe and exfoliate my skin at the same time?
A: Mix yourself a homemade body scrub:
1 cup of full-fat plain yogurt (for soothing)
Half grated cucumber
2 tablespoons of sea salt (for exfoliating)
Rub onto dry skin before you get in the shower.
