Chocolate Raspberry Cupcakes!

Where are all my chocolate raspberry lovers?!? Lately,  I've really been into anything raspberry so I was determined to find a simple yet tasty recipe for chocolate cupcakes with raspberries in the middle! Check out the recipe & photos below!

What you"ll need: 1 1/2 hour cups of flour: 1 cup sugar: 1 teaspoon baking soda: 1/2 cup cocoa powder: 1 cup water: 1/2 cup vegetable oil: 1 pack of raspberries: powder sugar.

Mix all your ingrediants into a medium mixing bowl

Pour a small amount of your mix into cupcake liners in a muffin/cupcake pan. Then add one or two raspberries (your preference) on top. Then pour more mix on top of the raspberry, covering it so it doesn't show.

Pop into the oven pre-heated at 350 degrees for 20 minutes

Let your cupcakes cool completely and add your powder sugar with a sifferr.

Chocolate Raspberry Cupcakes with Powder Sugar Topping is ready to be devourered.
Try this recipe and let me know what you think!

Summer Must Haves

I'm pretty simple when it comes to the summer time!  Below are my summer must haves plus a little bit of indulges for the sweet tooth! 1. Mineral foundation leaves my skin natural looking plus it gives an extra boost of SPF. 2. Everyone knows I love cupcakes all year round; however, in the summer time I crave them even more! 3. Maybelline's color whispers are basically tinted lip balms- perfect for a sun kissed fresh face look! 4. Frappuccino are my favorite from Starbucks since I don't like coffee! 5. Mineral bronzer helps give a natural glow especially if you already have a tan!

Happy 1st Day of Summer!

Yay! Summer has officially arrived! It's finally time to enjoy all the wonderful aspects of summer with beach days, bright outfits and BBQs!!! In honor of the first day of summer here are some of my FAVORITE things of this beautiful season:

I am a Jersey girl born and raised. Even though our beaches don't look like this, I absolutely LOOOVE the beach. Forever and always!

Lilies are my favorite flowers of all time.
They are so elegant and tranquil! I could stare at them all day!

Who could not have summer fashion on their list! This outfit is something I would definitely wear (maybe a smaller headband). I am a lover of blazers, I would totally rock this!

Weeeepa!! Margaritas!!! How yummy does this look right now?
I love having margaritas in the summer, especially on a really hot day at a BBQ! :)

What are your favorite things of summer?

30 Day Writing Challenge: Day 20

Day 20: How Important is Education?

I have always agreed that education can help anyone achieve their goals. The problem is most of us don't really know what we want to do with it. So we sit here and complain about how we went to college and now we're stuck with ridiculous student loan payments and we're not doing what we wanted to do. Well that's our fault- not education.

Education is such an amazing thing. It gives us a way to learn about so many things. I always encourage my friends who are not sure about going to college to do some kind of education. After going to college myself, I can honestly say-it doesn't really matter where you go. You can do a unniversity, a trade school, a few classes here and there. Anything that encourages you to go further-do it! And there are tons of different ways to get around student loans. Fastweb.com is the most amazing site that hooks you up with thousands of "free" money for school. You just need the drive and motivation to alcomplish it.

Education comes in all forms-if you have the opportunity don't waste it!

Happy Monday! :) xoxo
